BASKING SHARK - one of the many species found in this amazing south west corner of Ireland. Kenmare Bay situated along the southern side of the Iveragh Peninsula (Ring of Kerry) boasts some of the most diverse marine flora and fauna in the world.

BROWN TROUT- one of four wild freshwater fish species resident in the area. With some of the most striking wilderness in Ireland; the mountains, rivers and lakes of the Kenmare Bay area are home to Brown Trout (pictured above), Sea Trout, Atlantic Salmon and Char. But did you know that other aquatic species are also resident, including Lizards, Toads, Sticklebacks?
